Austin Party Bus Rental – Frequently Asked Questions

Can we drink on the bus?

Absolutely Yes. You can bring liquor, beer, win, bottles, cans, jello shots…whatever you want!! We also have two coolers packed with ice and red solo cups on board for you!!

How does this work?

To rent a bus first we’ve got to figure out the type of trip you want!! Then head over to the pricing page and see how much it’ll cost (don’t forget to add the 20% gratuity). Once you’re ready to book, click on the “Book Now” button and follow the steps to select which trip you’d like. Don’t forget to enter the pickup location and whether or not you’d like to pay in full now or just the $100 deposit to reserve the bus (the deposit is nonrefundable). We’ll send you a confirmation email and waiver to sign within 24-48 hours to confirm your booking and get an additional information we need for your trip!!

Do we have to wear masks on the bus?

We do not require masks or any vaccinations for any of our buses!! We also make sure to clean and sanitize the bus after each trip!!!

How do I connect my phone to the stereo?

We have a Bluetooth device ready to connect to your android or Apple device!!!

Can we make multiple stops?

Absolutely!! When you rent a bus from Austin Party Bus Rental it is your time and we will take you wherever you want to go (within Central Texas).

Do you provide ice?

That we do!!! We have built in coolers in all the buses and we provide ice, bottled water, and red solo cups.

Can I smoke or Vape on the bus?

No. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on any of our buses. Smoking on the bus will result in a $250.00 fine and/or immediate termination of the ride.

What areas do you go to?

We service all the areas surrounding Austin, Texas including Round Rock, Georgetown, Lakeway, Westlake, Buda, Kyle, Manor, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, etc.  We go to San Marcos, New Braunfels and Killeen but additional fees may apply.

We don’t go to San Antonio, Houston or Dallas.

Are dogs allowed on the bus?

Of course, your furry friend is allowed on the bus!!! But we do require that they be on a leash at all times. You will also be held responsible for any damage they may cause.

Is there WiFi on the bus?

No unfortunately we don’t have WiFi enabled on any of our buses. We recommend downloading music to your phone if you plan to stream Spotify or Apple Music during your trip.

Austin Party Bus Rental – Our Policies

What we provide: Our air-conditioned buses have limo-style seating, a dance pole, party lighting, auxiliary cords for the sound system (to play your own music), cup holders, and multiple built-in coolers. We provide ice, cups, bottle/wine openers, and bottled water.  You can bring any kind of food, beverages, and other party supplies on board however, you must remove all personal items before departing the bus upon returning to your drop off location. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a specific bus but will do our best to accommodate you.

Drivers:  Our experienced, professional drivers maintain valid commercial drivers’ licenses (CDL) and are ready to take you on your trip!  We assign our drivers within 24 hours before your trip, and they will contact you 30 – 60 minutes before your pickup to confirm the details.  You are encouraged to call our main number at 512-643-2595 at any time should you need to speak with someone about your reservation or trip details.

Remaining Balance: If you have chosen to only pay the deposit, the remaining balance due will be automatically charged to your credit card 7 days prior to the date of your trip.  Your rental period starts at the reserved time (when the bus arrives at your designated location to pick up passengers) and ends when we drop you off at that same location. 

Additional Hours: Any extended time after the rental period ends will be automatically charged at a rate of $250.00/hour to your credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy:  We require a $100 deposit to reserve the bus.  The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your trip.  If you need to cancel the trip, you must do so 72 hours (three days) before the scheduled pickup time of the trip.  The remaining balance is seven (7) days before your trip and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.  No refunds will be given after the charges have been processed. Your deposit becomes nonrefundable within (7) days before your trip.

Bad Weather Policy:  If severe weather prohibits a safe float or lake trip, we will instead take you to on a land tour of your choice (Dripping Springs, Driftwood, etc. that will work for your rental period) for the same price. We will also attempt to reschedule your trip for a different day, given an available date/time  can be found that will accommodate both parties.  We will do our best to work with you. NO REFUNDS will be given for severe weather forecasts or events within 72 hours before or during the trip. 

Bus Breakdown Policy:  In the event of a bus being inoperable before your trip, customers are entitled to a full refund. If we are able to provide you with transportation with another party bus of similar quality customers will not receive a refund. If we are able to provide you with transportation on a generic school or other bus, customers are entitled to a 20% refund.

Rental Bus Passenger Policies:  Smoking and/ Vaping are NEVER allowed on the bus at any time.  Weapons of any kind (open or concealed) are NEVER allowed on the bus at any time.  Fighting or other potentially harmful activities will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the bus (persons removed must find alternative transportation at their own expense).  Any violation will result in an automatic fine of $250.00 and/or immediate termination of the trip without any refund.  There will be a $350.00 cleaning fee automatically charged for any signs of vomit, urine or other body fluids found on the bus upon your return.
